What makes ScAnimals’ unique?

ScAnimals are tiny collectable toys, you scan the QR code on the bottom and get to personalise it. Once you adopt or claim the ScAnimal you will receive a personalised birth certificate and birth announcement for your new addition.

My ScAnimal QR code won’t scan. What can I do?

There are a couple of things to try if this is happening.

1. Make sure the brightness is turned up on your phone.
2. Change the lighting area of where you are trying to scan (EG: If it is super sunny, try somewhere less bright)
3. Change the angle you are holding the ScAnimal on
4. Try zooming in/out on your camera
5. Test on someone else's phone

What do the colour types mean?

Single Color - you are picking one single colour for your ScAnimal.
For example – it will be all red, all blue, all green.

Ombre – We will use our special ombre filament (the stuff we use) to create your ScAnimal, we cannot predict what colours will be in the ombre as it is random, so you will get a surprise when it arrives!

Multi Colour – These special ScAnimals use two or more filaments when they are created.
They take a bit more time and care to create.

Can I customize the colours’ that the ScAnimals printed in?

You can – for anything custom, please reach out to us and we can help figure out the specifics.

What about if there is a specific animal I want that you don’t stock?

Same as above – reach out and we will see what we can do.

What currency is pricing in and can you ship outside of NZ?

All pricing is in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and currently we only ship within NZ. However, if you are wanting us to ship some to you, and you live somewhere else in the world, please contact us to discuss your requirements.
